Amazing staff, Raul help me with early check, he is so kind. Bala is respectful and was helpful. Amazing and beautiful hotel, more than I expected by the online photos. In front of the beach, in the best area of Jumeirah beach. Clean, nice smell and good vibes.

We liked: – Great location, a few minutes to JBR walk, 10 minutes to Marina. – Extremely clean. – Great breakfast, good and different choice, until 11am – Housekeeping seemed always present, very friendly staff! – Very comfortable bed and mattress! – Enough spaces at the pool and great service from the pool staff! We didn’t like: – Lounge Club was not worth it. Little offer, staff seemed mostly overchallenged. Not cozy, very sterile atmosphere. – Sustainability? Towels in the rooms were changed too often despite the fact that we hung them up. – Pool very shady, we had sun only from 3pm onwards.

I stayed for 4 days here in the Hotel and It was really nice, and they are always giving the best that they can to give the excellent service every time we’re having breakfast. Staff are very kind and helpful always. It was an amazing experience. Thank you so much to all the ff. Staff specially Ryan, Mary, Jenny, Sachin and Jack and Mr. Rabin .
