We had a lovely, relaxing stay at The Retreat Palm Dubai. The hotel has a calm, peaceful vibe, and the private beach is a big plus. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. From the front desk reception, dining, spa, pool and beach access, all were very professional. A special thank you to Thelma at the breakfast buffet — she truly made our mornings brighter. She was warm, attentive, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Her kindness and professionalism stood out and added a personal touch to our stay. I would like to commend also Amgad and Ben for making my partner’s birthday memorable by greeting him with a cake during breakfast. The only down side was the construction site on our balcony view. But we were not disturbed by any noise coming from it. But I regretted not booking the seaview room because of this. Overall, it is a great place for a quiet getaway on the Palm. We would definitely come back.

Amazing stay, Big Up to Karan ! Room was clean, friendly personal. The beach, pool and food are awsom. I recommande the hotel

Really great experience. Our cleaner Sanjay did excellent job and was really polite all time. You should defintely book sea view side, other side is under constructions.

It was really good had a lot of fun. One of the memorable experiences. Staff were really helpful. Mohandas helped us on several occasions especially around commute from Palm Jumeriah towards downtown.
