Nous avons eu beaucoup trop de problème au début. C est la deuxième fois à Dubai où nous rencontrons dans deux hôtels différents (Sofitel the palm et fairmont Ajman) du groupe accor les mêmes problèmes. Problèmes de clés. Cela a duré sur deux jours et surtout cela a gêné la sieste de notre bébé car les techniciens ont mis beaucoup de temps à le réparer. Problème de climatisation dans la chambre 103 : impossible de mettre plus de 19 degrés dans la chambre. La première nuit nous sommes arrivés à 3h du matin et nous avons eu super froid la nuit. En plus pas de couverture chaude… Enfin beaucoup de problème électrique dans la chambre. À la fin je ne demandais plus d intervention car cela a gâché mes vacances de devoir tout le temps se plaindre. Je viens dans un hôtel 5 étoiles que je paie un certain prix ce n est pas pour avoir ce genre de problème. Surtout que je suis très fidèle au groupe accor.

Chambre et literie et vue magnifique mais arnaque au niveau du all exclusif ! Très déçu sur le service du all exclusif on est arrive a 23h et aucun repas de prévu ni de repas et chambre le jour du départ par contre personnel Très sympa
