Chambre et literie et vue magnifique mais arnaque au niveau du all exclusif ! Très déçu sur le service du all exclusif on est arrive a 23h et aucun repas de prévu ni de repas et chambre le jour du départ par contre personnel Très sympa

Très grand choix petit-déjeuner. Restaurants manquent d'animation et de soin du détail. Certains oublis ont été remarqués par manque de communication. Pas de mise en place de la terrasse. Dîner de gala du 31/12 = excellente prestation à tous les niveaux. Avons fait l'expérience restauration de Ajman Hotel by Blazon dont le service, l'accueil, la qualité des mets et l'animation ont été exceptionnels. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien et y avons pris notre 1/2 pension chaque jour au détriment du Fairmont où le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Ils font des efforts mais manquent de "training" et de professionnalisme surtout dans un Fairmont dont la catégorie est considérée comme supérieure chez Accor
