انا متضايقة بعض الشيء لانه اعطوني غرفة فيها بعض العيوب زجاج مكسور ومغطي ببلاستر واضواء السرير لاتعمل ولايوجد يوتيوب في التلفزيون ..اسعار الفطور غالية للشخص الواحد ولانستطيع الطلب من البوفيه للغرفة..ودوما يعطوني في الادوار العليا وانا لا افضلها..اتمنى في حال لم يكن هناك زحمة واجازات ان يتم خفض اسعار السويت حتة نستمتع باقامتنا والسموحة منكم

لدي ملاحظة مهمة بخصوص طاقم خدمة ركن السيارات (Valet Parking).
عند تسجيل خروجي، قام الموظف المسؤول عن إحضار السيارة من المواقف بالتسبب في خدش بأحد جنوط السيارة، ولم يقم بإبلاغي بالحادث أو الضرر الذي حدث.
للأسف، لم أكتشف الضرر إلا بعد وصولي إلى المطار. وأنا أتفهم تمامًا أن مثل هذه الأخطاء قد تحدث دون قصد، وليس لدي اعتراض على الخطأ غير المتعمد بحد ذاته. لكن ما أعتبره غير مقبول هو عدم إبلاغي بما حدث وتسليمي السيارة دون الإفصاح عن الضرر.
كان من الواجب مهنيًا وأخلاقيًا إبلاغي بالحادث فور وقوعه. إن إخفاء مثل هذا الأمر عن العميل يُعد تصرفًا غير مهني ولا يتوافق مع مستوى الخدمة والثقة المتوقعة.
I would like to raise an important concern regarding the valet parking service.
Upon check-out, the staff member responsible for retrieving my car from the parking area caused a scratch to one of the vehicle’s rims but did not inform me about the incident or the damage.
Unfortunately, I only discovered the damage after arriving at the airport. I fully understand that accidents can happen unintentionally, and my concern is not the accidental damage itself. What I find unacceptable is that I was not informed about what happened and the vehicle was handed back to me without any disclosure.
From both a professional and ethical standpoint, I should have been informed immediately. Failing to disclose such an incident to a guest is unprofessional and does not reflect the level of service and trust that should be expected.

وصلنا الفندق في الساعه 3 بعد الظهر تقريبا استقبلنا موظف الفندق وتم الحجز وطلبت منه منحي مميزات عضوية اكور بترقية الحجز حسب ما اراه في باقي الفنادق التابعة الى اكور اخبرني لا توجد غرف سويت بعد ذلك اعطاني الغرفة التي حجزتها دون اي مميزات سالت في الفندق احد النزلاء اخبروني لديهم غرف سويت ذهبت وطلبت منهم تغير الغرفة بعد الساعه 8 مساءا اخبرني لا توجد غرف وهذا استحقاقي فقط بعد ذلك اخبرته سوف ارسل ايميل الى اكور وذهبت الى غرفتي بعد ذلك اتصلت موظفة الفندق تخبرنا بتغير الغرفة تم تغير الغرفة الى سويت حقا لاكن بعد ان ذهب شغف المتعة في الفندق اتمنى من ادارة فورمت ان تعمل على اعطاء مميزات اعظاء اكور واحترام وجودهم مثل فندق ايبس ستايلس او موفنبيك او ميركوري وغيرهم .. شكرا لكم
