We have just checked in, but already enjoy the facilities of the hotel. The view from the room is spectacular. The hotel is very beautiful, staff is polite and friendly, special thanks to Sabrina for helping us with check-in procedure

الاقامه لم تعجبني ادخلوني الغرفه الساعه 6 مساء علما بانه وقت الدخول الساعه 3 عصرا و بعدها بيومين اخرجوني من غرفتي الساعه 3 فجرا ونقل جميع اغراضي التي تزن اكثر من 200 كيلو الى غرفه اخرى علما بانه الوقت متاخر بسبب سقوط السقف في الصاله بسبب التسريب المياه من الغرفه التي فوقي مباشره لم تعجبني الخدمه و الفندق ليس للسكن يجب الترميم المكيفات حتى لو اغلقتها تعمل لوحدها و التلفاز تنقطع ولا تعمل في بعض الاحيان وموظفين تنظيف الغرف غير مهذبين يدخلون علي الغرفه وانا نائمه لم استمتع في فندقكم ابدا ولم اكرر الزياره مره اخرى

We stayed in this hotel from 26th to 30th of December. This hotel is certainly not a 5 star hotel because of the following reasons. First, the do not offer water on the beach and there is no help with the towels and seatings on the beach. Next, room facilities are not working. They changed refrigerator, 2 telephones and 4 hair dryers before the last one of them was working, not to mention that previous 3 of them were very old like from the 90s. The furniture and walls are scratched everywhere, the terrace had smoked cigarettes. Also, my brother’s room had very bad smell. There is no service in the restaurant and you have to go by yourself to the bar. This hotel is certainly not a 5 star hotel.
