Lovely hotel with excellent service. Nice restaurant serving all day until late in the evening and cafe in the lobby where Jaspal makes excellent cappuccino . Pool and spa on site.

Disappointing stay - Not a 5-star experience. We stayed at Pullman Sharjah for 3 days (2 adults and 2 children), and unfortunately, it did not live up to the brand's reputation. Despite being a premium hotel, the service was far below average. The negatives: • Housekeeping: Our room wasn’t cleaned even once during our 3-day stay. We had to take our own trash out and leave it by the door just to get it removed. • Basic Amenities: For a family of 4, we were only provided with 1 liter of water. We had to go to the supermarket to buy water ourselves. There were zero bathrobes in the room and only 2 pairs of slippers for 4 people. • Refills & Linen: The shampoo and shower gel dispensers were completely empty when we arrived. When we asked for extra bedding, we had to wait an incredibly long time and practically beg for it. • Breakfast: The coffee at breakfast was terrible — honestly, it barely rates a 3/10. • Facilities: One of the reasons we booked was the kids' play area shown on the website, but we couldn't even find it in the hotel. The positives: • On a positive note, they did bring a fruit platter to our room twice, which was a nice gesture. • Also, the waitress in the lobby was very polite and professional — she was a bright spot in our stay. Overall: Very poor management of basic hotel services. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families expecting a 5-star standard.
