I usually go here for a stay of 7 days, being there 2023, 2024, twice in 2025 & 2026. In the previous years rooms were very clean and maintained to a high standard. This time cold water pressure was very low, room was not as clean as it used to be under beds wasnt particularly clean. Breakfast was rather bland, no flavor would like to see a well done traditional british breakfast, some proper sausages and eggs. As a customer who has stayed a week every year, not much of a treatment or recognition.

The breakfast was great and with variety. The check in experience was smooth. The plus is the free car parking availability.

I had a pleasant stay at ibis rigga. The staff were amazingly helpful especially su and Mohammed and duty manager sushil. The location is convenient and metro is nearby as well as the airport.

I stayed there for 2 nights , everything was perfect starting from the staff specially Egyptian guys Ramadan and Hossam at the reception till the person who cleaned my room. The hotel near to the metro and lots of restaurants
