Dear Felicity, We appreciate your time spent in sharing your exceptional stay experience. It has been an absolute delight to have exceeded your expectations with our friendly staff, nice rooftop swimming pool and accessible location. We are also happy to hear that you had appreciated our environmental efforts and our partnering cafe next door (Brekkie X Grill). Our hotel is very well located and is only a 5 minutes' walk to Clarke Quay MRT and we are also within walking distance from popular attractions such as Chinatown, Boat quay and Merlion Park. Dear Eleana, Thank you for staying with us and appreciating our excellent location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Just like in First World Cities like Tokyo and Hong Kong, most of the rooms in Singapore are not big. Room rates scale exponentially with the size of the rooms especially in a prime area such as Clarke Quay. Unfortunately, high room rate offerings are not appealing as an economy-tiered hotel. All basic amenities such as biodegradable dental kits, coffee & tea, body-cum-hair shampoo, towels, toilet paper etc are provided. Extra towel sets can also be requested from our front desk. Similar to many of the hotel properties in Singapore, the room windows cannot be opened for the safety and security of the hotel guests, which has always been our top priority.
