Bath towels are definitely part of the amenities we provide and there must have been some miscommunication. Additional bath towels are also available without charge from our front desk colleagues. Dear YAN C., Thank you for the perfect review rating and loving the hotel location, and our wonderful staff. We are glad that you had an enjoyable stay. In line with international hotel rates, check-in is at 3pm and complimentary early check-in can be granted from 1.00 pm onwards if available. If you arrive before 6am, an additional day rate is applicable but if you arrive at 6am onwards, 50% of the walk-in day rate is applicable.
