We would like to clarify that the room assigned was the booked Superior Double Room category, and no downgrade was made. Room assignments are system-generated based on the confirmed booking category and availability at the time of check-in. As a budget hotel in Singapore, our rooms are designed to provide essential comforts in a compact and functional layout. Room sizes, amenities, and photos are displayed on the booking platforms for guests’ reference prior to confirmation, although we understand that room perspectives in photos may sometimes appear different from the actual experience. In room chillers are also available at our higher-tier rooms with a small top up fee to enjoy the room upgrade. We appreciate your feedback and regret that the stay did not match your expectations.
