Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to the front desk team and Nyi Nyi Lwin (reservation) for their warm hospitality. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

I arrived on 2.8 2025 at 5.00am but somehow my booking for the night was not available due to some technical issue. The front office customer officer; Mr Ramy from Egypt; attended to me & assisted me in rebooking another room at a good rate. He was very helpful & pleasant. I was allowed to have an early check-in at 5.00am (minimal charges applied) so that I could have a good rest before my appointment in the afternoon. He is an asset to Ibis Hotel. Most of the hotel personel that I encountered during my stay here are pleasant & polite and that made my stay here a memorable one. Rates are affordable. Location is ideal (Next to City Centre Diera and the metro). I will certainly come back to stay here for my next visit. Thank you Ibis Hotel, the staff & Mr Ramy.

Very convenient place near the airport. Room was adequate and clean. Service was prompt. I ate at the bistro which was very good. A very short walk took me to the train where I reached the Mall and the Burj Khalifa. Very friendly staff and a quiet safe area

A combination of stay for both business and family. It has been years of association and place to live in while in Dubai. In other words if I could say "It is a home, away from home" Rooms and facilities are great. The room service is also great. Of my nearly two weeks of stay, I had Mr. Sujith who was doing great housekeeping for my room to keep it absolute neat and clean. The proximity of Deira City Centre makes a great shopping experience too. Also to add here is the parking facility that ibis offers which can help in reducing the parking cost
