From Mall to Room: A Smooth Stay with a Bumpy Start

I stayed at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre for a couple of nights while visiting friends in Dubai. It’s a well-maintained five-star hotel, and the direct connection to Deira City Centre Mall is a huge plus you can walk to the shops in just a few minutes. The lobby is clean and stylish, and the overall ambience is very pleasant.   My room was spotless, nicely furnished, and offered a lovely city view. I had a comfortable stay overall.   That said, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. Check-in was delayed although 3 PM is the standard time, there were already five guests waiting and only one front desk staff member visibly struggling to manage. It would be helpful if the manager oversaw the process more closely during peak times.   Also, as we were two bachelors, the room assigned to us was interconnected. When my mates came to visit and we had a good old chat, it was unfortunately audible to the neighbouring room. We were later informed by security that a noise complaint had been made which highlights the lack of soundproofing, and perhaps the interconnected room shouldn’t have been allocated to us in the first place.   Despite these issues, the hotel offers great value, excellent cleanliness, and a prime location. I’d consider staying again, especially if the check-in process is improved.

Great location with an easy walk across to the creek and a Shopping Mall directly linked to the Pullman City Centre. I was very impressed yet again with the hotel in general and the staff in particular. The Executive Lounge Team led by Andrea was exceptional as always namely Lakshika, Chan and Hoque. From The Housekeeping department Bimala and Wajira were very friendly, thorough and reliable. My SPA stop was very successful too with a great team at reception and a smiley, effective therapist Mayuree. Please pass on my heartfelt thank you to the entire team.

Great hotel, good massage, padel courts and amazing experience with laundry who managed to get a stain out of my suit pants - thanks to Deendayal

The location is perfect, a very good breakfast spread available, also they have a very friendly and professional staff at all the areas including but not limited to buffet section, gym and spa section, special emphasis for Mr. Jwel from the maintenance department, he is very polite and friendly. Have always found my room fresh and clean. Always ready to assist. Kuddos to everyone.
