The reception and the staff in general were so friendly and nice. Ahmed and Moataz were so helpful and didnt hasitate to give a help and they were always there for us . The food waz great and the room service was great. I always choose to come in this hotel because of all the good advantages it has. Thank u Pullman team for all of ur effort

We had a fantastic stay at the residences! The location is perfect, and the place is incredibly clean and well-maintained. It was an ideal spot for our family getaway. Special thanks to Tham, Abhijith, and Shambhu, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their hospitality and attention to detail made a big difference. We truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

I've stayed in the Residence this time, normally I stayed in Pullman Dubai creek city center Hotel. the stay was amazing and definitely recommend for family travelers as the location is so perfect near to deira city center mall and Dubai Airport. and of course the staff over there Specially Yasir and Maya they went beyond to make my trip wonderful.Definitely will come back.

Great place to stay with my family we enjoyed Staying in your apartment housekeeping staff were so helpful the Lady housekeeping binu she was So amazing Also not forgetting reception team Maya and kelvin they made our stay beautiful memories all time welcoming smiling ready to help hotel location near to airport it's a place that I will recommend my friends to come experience amazing service in your hotel. Pullman is great.

Chetan the front office guy was absolutely supportive !!!!!The Concierges and everyone!!!! The room is very clean. The breakfast menu, I got bored in a few days, may be the variety. For transportation and shopping absolutely convenient.
