ROOM CLEAN AND STAFF HELPFUL AND POLITE. CHEK IN AND CHECK OUT WERE SMOOTH AND FAST.AND MY REQUEST FOR EARLY CHECK IN WAS COMPLIED WITH. ROOM SERVICE FOR EXTRA COFEE AND CREAMER WERE IMMEDIATELY ATTENDED TO. SPLENDID VIEW FROM THE 52ND FLOOR.EASY ACCESS TO THE CITY CENTRE AND AIRPORT VIA CITY HALL TRAIN STATION.FOOD EASILY AVAILABLE BELOW THE HOTEL

Great service good location well use of technology to ease processes . room needs a bit refurbishment but otherwise housekeeping made it perfect by keeping all up to standard. definitely recommend this place

It was our two kids first local staycation and also first time as a family. Therefore we requested for a high floor good city view premier room but upon check-in we noted we were given level 9 but after we informed about our request, concierge quickly moved us to #3365 but sadly the view was terrible as it was completely blocked by another office building right in front of our room, worse if we opened our balcony’s door we could even smell cooking from the exhaustion pipe (should be Raffles City Mall). Also, there’s no shelf in shower area for us to put our own soap bottles which we had to place bottles on the bathroom floor. The floor curb made of marble flooring separating room and bathroom was designed slide instead of drop-down and it’s not anti-slip which we almost fell off. We went to Clove on the next morning about 9.45am and requested to have a quick peek on the breakfast as we were worried if the food are suitable for our young kids, however the counter staff doesn’t seems to be happy when we asked as she don’t really look at us but gave us an unwelcoming look. Apparently she is the only staff of the whole hotel that never put on smile when with guests. But i gave her benefit of doubt since the restaurant was bit crowded inside and about 1 family of 3 was waiting outside for table (i saw there’s still table available inside, so its not full house). Very quickly after we stepped out, we were greeted by another staff who even walked us to Asia Market at Fairmont hotel when we approached him for direction where we decided to have our breakfast there since the restaurant there was less crowded and the breakfast served was similar. However we were grateful that both kids (aged 2 years and 9 months) were given with Niuniu toys by the hall manager when arrival, and we were delighted that our request for late check-out was accepted, as well with cot bed and baby bath tub (even gave us a set of baby’s shower soap from Kodomo). Also to credit for the “Swiss Service” hotline staff and especially to the room service man at L33 who came to deliver cot bed and extra towels to us. Really feels so welcomed by his smiles. Overall if we were given a better room, we will choose to come back again given to the location and services. But we were really disappointed as we thought we could have a memorable stay and was so looking forward to since it our very first time.

Awesome place with convenient places around. Service was prompt and the view is spectacular. Location wise is central near shopping areas. Food was located just around the hotel. Overall a great experience
