From the moment we began planning until the last guest left, the Swissôtel The Bosphorus team turned our wedding into a dream come true. The entire experience was seamless, warm, and full of heart. Special thanks to Mr. Metin Aykan, the Banquet Director, who orchestrated everything with grace and precision. His calm professionalism made us feel completely at ease. Mr. Orçun Pekin and the Front Office team ensured our families were incredibly well taken care of, while the Residence and security staff offered comfort and kindness throughout. Service was impeccable—from the elegant waitstaff led by Mr. Sebahattin to the talented chefs whose dishes our guests are still raving about. Housekeeping and laundry teams kept everything pristine, and Busra made the paperwork a breeze. Our personal butlers—Gülsah, Merve, and Emre—were true lifesavers, anticipating every need with quiet efficiency. And a heartfelt thank you to Adnan Oner, who officiated our ceremony with such warmth and sincerity—it was unforgettable. Even with unexpected weather, the team went above and beyond, and we felt deeply cared for every step of the way. Thank you, Swissôtel family, for the magic. We are forever grateful. – Maf & Ufuk 💕

High value & amazing pool service

Elif helped us by the pool and was so lovely!! The rooms with pool access are so convenient and right next door to the spa. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Bed was lush but firm. I slept 12 hours straight one night after a very long day of travel. Breakfast is slammin.

Elif did an excellent job serving me outside by the pool! She was very pleasant, accommodating and efficient! She spoke English well! I would recommend the Swiss Hotel BOSPHORUS to my friends and I would definitely like to return one day! Our room is very comfortable with a lovely view of the BOSPHORUS! Sue Murphy

Best breakfast ever with a view! The staff was so helpful, perfect service. The pillow menu is a great touch! You can choose your pillow from a menu and they will bring it to your room. The only thing that i did not like is hotel staff was not helpful at all for business reasons. They did not even help us throwing away a box.. so need improvement on that side. If you are coming for pleasure hotel is a perfect choice!

Wonderful service, lots of pool loungers, and great food at the pool. I tried manti and it was so delicious. Our service waiters Ali & Elif were super friendly & prompt. Hotels rooms are clean. . Breakfast is also good. View from lobby is spectacular! Concierge service was top notch.
