Tanks to a fantastic crew, I will still give 4 star, but honestly I hab better experience in 4 star hotel of the same group The breakfast buffet is below the standard you can except. The pastry not fresh, the choice of fruit or hot dish is weak. The coffee machines always in “cleaning mode” The wood floor in the room definitely need a deep clean or even resurfacing . A lot of light switch / elevator call bouton are not working. And the loud music until past midnight from the restaurant on the 9 floor is really annoying . Definitely not worth the extra money required compared to lower category hotel of the same group Once again, thanks to all the hotel crew who helped to offset most of those annoying things

I like the hotel as it is served mainly by Taqsim street. It is so clean and everything is near the hotel. The stuff is amazing and helpful, however special thanks go to Muzaffer for his kindness, constant smile and help. I enjoy my stay ; I recommend it..

Fun family trip

We went for a family vacation.Great location, great service and good rooms . Very attentive staff and a delicious breakfast spread. Call out to the concierge Kaan who was super informative and made the trip all the more memorable. Out of the three rooms one had booming noise till 2 in the morning from a nightclub so could be disturbing for some.

My husband and I spent five nights at this hotel while touring around Istanbul. We found our check-in to be quick and easy, the room to be very comfortable and clean. We required extra pillows and water which were provided promptly when requested. The housekeeping is impeccable. Nazan, our housekeeper was waiting every morning as we exited the room and we were able to ask her for any additional items we needed. We had our breakfast and club access included in our room. Breakfast has a reasonable number of options and they will custom make eggs for you as well. The club access is really not worth the value, we would not get that if we were to stay here again. As per other reviews, you will notice the loud music from Nomads Restaurant on the 9th floor. We were on the third floor and we could still hear it quite distinctly. It wasn't too much of a bother for us and it usually ended around midnight. This hotel is really well located, walking distance from everything. If you decide not to include the breakfast, there are many options within a few feet of the hotel. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Muzaffer was very kind and polite . Very good room service . I recommend you this hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful. The rommes are clean . Istanbul is very beautiful city :) all the sightseeings are near to the hotel. Love it very much , very nice
