We stayed for one week at Mövenpick. The staff were very nice and friendly and always very helpful. The rooms were very nice and comfortable to stay in. The hotel also has amazing restaurants with excellent views. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Decent hotel but not ideal for a business traveler

I used this hotel for the first time after using Marriott group hotels for a long time. Two things were important for me besides the basics - decent location, and a good gym. The good: - room was nice, very clean and decent size (Deluxe Bosporus). - Housekeeping was attentive and kept the room spotless. - The highlight for me was the rooftop restaurant Da Vittorio Italian Restaurant. Amazing Bosporus views, excellent service, and great food. Expensive but good. The lady who greets you at entrance was superb. What could improve: - at check in I was almost charged for the entire stay (vs a block on my credit card). I found this unusual and protested after which the staff backed off. I found this very odd given that I was a Corporate traveler and a member of the Accor program - the gym is completely out of date and looks like it is from the 1980's. The hotel is an older one, but the gym is really something else. This was a disappointment as I like to work out while traveling. So I opted for an outdoor run every morning instead. - the hotel is an older property, and while maintained decently, they could do some enhancements. The access from the main road is a very narrow entrance and inconvenient. They cant change it so its a feature. Location was OK if you want to go to Levent - need to cross the road and take a taxi.

Here is one of the wonderful stay ever I had. All the staff was know their jobs and they doing great. The breakfast was really compelete and Zafer helped us so much, in the lobby the coffeeshop was great and Halil and Ayhan helped us so much great. The foods are really tasty and delociuos

Hotel and room was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service from staff. Room service food was good and great value for money for convenience and spa was also very clean and tidy only regret I wasn’t able to extend my leave as I had to return home. Will definitely book again for my future stay.
