Perfect location right in the heart of the city. Beautiful renovated hotel with a lovely lobby bar and level 10 pool. Service was consistently great. Would definitely star again. And would definitely recommend Swissôtel Sydney.

This hotel is centrally located to all the good shops and restaurants. A pool with comfortable outdoor seating with a gym nearby. Staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast buffet is extensive including an egg station. This is my second stay and it didn’t disappoint.

I stayed overnight with my close friend to celebrate her birthday and the hotel spoiled us with a nice cake and wine. The staff from the concierge to the reception and housekeeping provided exceptional service. They really go above and beyond to make our stay very memorable. Handy to transport. Pleased with the large bathroom and the early check in. Unhappy that that there are no face towels provided. Breakfast mediocre, not as good as previous experience. Found the fridge annoying noisy. Could hear cracking noises from that vicinity every few minutes and found it hard to sleep.

Welcoming staff. Great team behind your FOH cleaning and tidying who greeted me cheerfully in the mornings. Staff on the bar and serving meals very professional and friendly. Room very clean. Central location right near trams and shopping. Easy walk from train station after catching the train in from airport.
