It is disappointing to learn, however, about the unusual smell you detected in your room. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, although we are limited in offering specific solutions. Your feedback regarding the layout of the hotel is duly noted as well. We understand the uniqueness of our architectural design may take a little getting used to but we believe it is part of the charm that makes your stay at Montreux Palace memorable.
