Room extremelly uncomfortable at the price of luxury in neigbour hotels

Booking made with months in advance for 7 nights. Entitled "Superior room with oversea sightseing" Really, a small room with view over front building. So narrow that when set on the small table to work, it is impossible to access to the window or to the other side of the bed. Handwashing so small, that make difficult to clean hands. Need to to that in the shower. But shower cause inundation of all the bathroom. Window very, very dirty. Lift (elevator) very very small up only two persons without luggage, or only one person with one suitcase. No bathrobe or slipper available. Fees much more expensive than what is displayed in a screen in reception. It was not my first bad experience in a Mercure hotel. But it will the last one in an Accord facility.

We stayed for three nights. We had a lovely room and spent most of the days exploring Brest. Breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. They do not always speak good English so make an effort and try your French - they appreciate that :)
