Our 4 nights stay in Mercure Langkawi was a breeze. The family is room is comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious. Cleanliness is good. Refillable water through 3CM tap is a nice touch. Pool is not big, but it's never crowded during our stay. Breakfast is rather repetitive. The room service meal that we ordered on our first night was mediocre at best. Location is awesome. Very close to shops, eateries and Cenang beach.

can early check in is good，but really feel ur staff maybe is not enough i think，when the time is 3pm sharp，reception tell me need to wait 20-30 minute for the room？？wait until almost 3.25pm get the room，but no any complimentary for us or anything，just say never will go again.
