The location of this hotel is great. Plenty of amenities, shopping area and F&b within walking distance. The beach is just across the street. Their breakfast and dinner buffet spread is plentiful and tasty. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We've also gotten a very warm welcome by the hotel staff. Will definitely visit again should we go Langkawi again.

This was my third time staying with Mercure Cenang. Came for our annual run-cation, LIHM. The rooms we got were without any window or balcony so that was kind of disappointing considering we always stay here during our holiday and have gotten nice rooms before. But other than that, the breakfast, swimming pool, location were all on point.

good location: 1) it is a very short walking distance to the pantai cenang beach. 2) a lot of nearby eateries. 3) the location of the hotel is not by the road that may have some noise. Staff: warm smiley hotel staff who are very diplomatic in their replies to request (keep up the good training for staff).

The room is very spacious and beautiful for a solo traveler like me. The staff from the check in to the housekeeping really helpful and friendly. They will always make you happy and feel like home. In the morning, I enjoy the variety of delicious food. Thanks to the chef where he explained to me about the food. He really good at it. Definitely will come again for next trip.
