The staff were amazing . Always friendly and amazingly helpful. I would especially mention Dzharul Talip and Fitiri Syawal, so kind and attentive. The location was also very handy and central. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Langkawi.

Our 4 nights stay in Mercure Langkawi was a breeze. The family is room is comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious. Cleanliness is good. Refillable water through 3CM tap is a nice touch. Pool is not big, but it's never crowded during our stay. Breakfast is rather repetitive. The room service meal that we ordered on our first night was mediocre at best. Location is awesome. Very close to shops, eateries and Cenang beach.
