Belated Honeymoon

Many moons ago we had planned to honeymoon in Phuket. We didn’t get there. This was a special trip for us and our first time in Phuket Thailand. The Pullman Panwa was simply an incredible experience for us. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We asked to move rooms and they helped us to change rooms. We experienced noisy neighbours from 2-4 AM in the morning. They addressed that issue. The staff were all lovely and polite. We appreciated the complimentary water everyday! We liked the water activities when the tide was high. We liked the aqua aerobics at 11AM. Having a little bit of music and group activity brought the guests together. It was really nice. We went on day tours to the shopping centre and Old Phuket Town. A resort courtesy offer which was so good. The reception and concierge staff were fabulous. The food was delicious. The Tamarind Restaurant was amazing. I liked the ‘Aussie’ burger on the menu and fresh coconut everyday. Shout out to: Tong, Natty, Tom, Derv, Jane and Anton. I cannot remember the other staff names, but there was a chef at breakfast who served the soups, and the lady who maintained the bathroom near the reception desk. We enjoyed our stay so much, we would like to come back again.

This hotel is as luxurious as you would expect. The staff were so welcoming and very kind and made sure I utilize everything they have to offer. As an ALL Diamond member, they showed extra care and made sure my stay was amazing. Big shout out to Julian who gave us an amazing gift and for being helpful and thorough with everything and to Nat as well for being very kind and attentive.
