Had a wonderful stay at Novotel Kata. The premises are amazing, extremely clean and well kept, food lovely, rooms wonderful and overall extremely happy we chose this location. The staff are all amazing and attentive and are always trying to ensure you have the best experience. The staff at front desk, Tubtab, James and Tina were most helpful during our stay, all of the restaurant and bar staff staff are wonderful. Short walk to the beach and town, very steep hill but they have a free regular shuttle for those who can’t manage the hill. Would highly recommend.

Novotel Phuket Kata Avista is perfect for families with little kids or kids at heart! My children aged 4 & 10 thoroughly enjoyed the kids' club filled with daily activities, pool sports & evening movie; The staff took good care of my children so my husband & I were able to enjoy a few cocktails at the bar nearby! Special thanks to Pom, Ammie, Rose and Apple, who were all attentive and kind towards my kids and ensured they were happy. Nadear greeted us with a huge smile at Reception, helped us check-in with ease, and explained where all the amenities were and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Ta and Queen made the best cocktails and continually waited on us with kindness and huge smiles, Din and New were both lovely and cheerful, ensuring we were content. The staff are simply amazing and good-natured which made us feel very special. The room was comfortable and clean, bottled water was stocked up daily, including making up our room. Having a private balcony was great also. Our stay was wonderful, comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend you experience it for yourself. Novotel Phuket Kata Avista is the kind of experience that will forever be a memorable one for my family.

The staff was so professional and so helpful Especially front desk team, Aye the billboy was so fast, efficient and Grace she is totally amazing and was so helpful and made our honeymoon nights unforgettable especially after we had a slight change with our agent reservation She helped us. Thank you for this amazing stay.

Comfortable hotel in kata. Central but on a hill so note that if you’re less mobile. Ocean view rooms still overlook the pool so can get loud at times. Front of house Yok, Nader and Puve were helpful and delt well with rude !ndians demanding an 8pm late checkout.

Moist Hill Nightmare

Upon Arrival the hotel seems nice, Staff are friendly and helpful..... Traveling with kids under the age 5 I do not recommend this hotel because the hotel is located on a steep hill which is impossible for adults to walk up let alone young kids, you will need to pay for taxi anytime you leave the hotel with your young kids. Getting around the hotel is hard works as it has multiple stairs and then trying to get the pram from reception floor to the first lift was a challenge even though they have a ramp which is better suited for a skate board park because its way to steep, then from their we had to take 1 lift to reach the 2nd floor on Building A then take a walk to Building B to take another lift. The Room was very outdated and falling apart this due to the poor Airconditioning system that is old and keeps the room moist so moist that our kids clothes ended up with Mould all over them which we discovered when were back home ready to wash clothes. We had thrown out clothes because of the moisture problem. The Beds were Hard that it felt like I was sleeping on piece of hard wood. The Breakfast food options were very poor as it seems like a lot of the options in the buffet were left over from night before. The room service food menu was also not fresh. In all we were very disappointed with the hotel and really needs a rebirth and rethink.
