Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are truly sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the shuttle waiting time, access between areas of the resort, and the disturbance experienced due to renovation works. We also regret that your room location and the overall environment did not provide the level of comfort you expected. We are very sorry to hear about your experience with service and communication. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with the relevant teams for immediate review, including service training and operational improvements.
