Jame from Mercure Hotel was so friendly, lovely, and very patient with my order. The only thing I am not sure of is the pool privacy. I paid extra to have my own area, as it turned out I had children and adults in my area of the pool, which I found a bit unfair as I did pay a bit of money for that privilege.

We just got back from 10 days at Patong beach, where we stayed at Grand Mercure. It was amazing. The hotel is beautiful. Considering that it is in the heart of the beach district, it is an oasis where you can escape the noise, hustle and bustle and walk into calm serenity. The staff are warm, friendly and inviting. My partner and I want to specially thank the Bubbles restaurant manager Moo for your attentiveness and dedication and also to the amazing restaurant staff. Every time that we are at the restaurant, the food was amazing. I also want to personally thank Kate at the Craft bar and the staff that work with her. Always served with a smile. The signature cocktail (Midnight Horizon) has become my new personal favourite. (See picture below) (And just a quick note to Kate. The Pornstar Martini cocktail that i mentioned to you is in the pictures below). We also want to put a special mention to the staff at the pool Bounce bar. (Passionfruit mojito and Long Island iced teas were winners) Finally I want to say to the management of Grand Mercure. Your staff do you credit. From the cleaning staff through to department managers. Everyone of the staff that we had interactions with were warm, friendly and had a smile on their faces. This was our first overseas holiday that I've ever had, and your staff have set the bar so high that it would be difficult to see how anyone could do any better. The only issue that we have is that we had to come home and leave such a wonderful place. ขอบคุณทุกท่าน

i’ve had a lovely time here the breakfast is amazing and all staff are so lovely have to give a special shoutout to sky he’s been soo helpful to me and my mum and gives great service and is always polite and has a smile on his face thankyou so much sky for making our experience here so welcoming will be visiting again would reccomend
