The restaurant serves a wide breakfast (from 06:30 to 10:30) which includes freshly brewed coffee and homemade bakeries. It has an a la carte menu which includes authentic Thai, European and Asian cuisine, such as homemade pastas and Chinese noodles.

This Team is the best! Always very kind and helpfull people. We feel in this hotel really like at home. Miss Fah from the front desk is amazing. She helped us every time if we need something or have some special wishes or questions, is very professional and always in good mood:) The Bubbles Restaurant is great- we love this food. Especially our seabass with extra garlic and fresh chilli and Mango sticky rice. Breakfast here is one and only for us and You can find here many delicious dishes or special drinks. Thank You very much to the Kitchen Staff - Mrs Boom and Mr Kang and also to Pear, Kwang, Ryan and Tao and the whole Bubbles Team. It was pleasure for us to stay with You and for sure we will come soon.

Shout out to some more great staff!!

This is a bit late, but needed to be written!! We stayed in the Grand Mercure in Patong and had a wonderful time!! I promised to write reviews for several employees and did write sone at the time but wasn’t able to do for everyone!! So this is for those I missed at that time. Tan served us at our breakfast and was really attentive, assisting with all our needs!! Thanks!! Also we were served at the Bounce bar near the pool one night by Guitar and Tarn. They chatted with us, made us laugh a lot and made some delicious cocktails for us, especially the Passionfruit Mojitos!! Thanks to you both!! We hope to see you all later this year!! Note - All the staff were wonderful!! 😊

Hotel is very central in Bangkok eg malls , spas , transport . Hotel staff is very welcoming . The food was great with so much variety of Thai and Western .
