We went to the spa for 1 hour body massage and facial with Ms. Hung and Ms. Xuan They were both excellent, and gave us an excellent “yoga massage” Highly recommended Very peaceful environment all covered in beautiful bamboo, and excellent welcome drinks and lemongrass towels

I would like to give special thanks to the yoga instructor Ms Huyen (sorry if not correct spelling) for her great work and dedication to her position. I was inspired by her passion to make yoga accessible. She has elevated my stay so I can’t thank her enough. Of course, the hotel is wonderful, the beach is clean and food is delicious. The room has been great and staff always willing to help. This place is one of the few I would recommend to strangers.

This is an excellent hotel if you are looking for quality resort away from noisy beach hotels at the center, all ! the staff were extremely committed and friendly, breakfast is huge and tasty. I got upgrade as All Member with free cocktails from 5-7 pm. Beach is clean and quiet, families can do a lot as I saw from the brochure. Daily free shuttle to the center ( 18 -21:30) is long enough to discover night market or fish restaurants. Minor issues: some of the ceilings show small signs of rost, should be painted

Second time to stay here. Wonderful location. Well laid out resort. Wish there were more chairs at the pool. Check-in always takes a bit too long. But overall, extremely pleasant stay.

Although the hotel is a little bit out in no mans land (this will change over time), the team at the Pullman Phu Quoc really make the resort a great place to stay, relax and chill out. The restaurant team including the front of house chefs are friendly and really attentive and big shout out the the Front Office Manager who helped us change rooms, we really appreciated his assistance. We dined twice in the Mad Cow restaurant during our stay, it was that good, get there in the early evening for a lovely sunset. Final thanks for the housekeeping staff who are the hidden heroes of all hotels, the room was spotless and tidied up perfectly each day. Please remember to leave a little thank you for these hard workers that you may never see, but just make the difference to a great stay.
