Very convenient hotel and very lively area. Personnel is very helpful, quick and in good mood at all times. I especially thank Adison from the concierge desk who helped me a lot each morning with getting to places as I traveled for work. Adison was helping me out with a smile on his face, quickness and efficiency. Really appreciated

Great place to stay, ideally situated and great staff

Lovely hotel with great staff. Ideally situated a short walk from Nana BTS Soi 11 is full of good bars and restaurants. The hotel has a free tuktuk service to Nana BTS and Terminal 21, a shopping centre next to Ashoke BTS. BTS services are great for getting around and avoiding the traffic jams. Breakfasts have a great range of Western and Asian foods. All the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the concierge and those at the privilege club. Our room included access to the privilege club. A wonderful facility with afternoon teas and evening cocktails and canapés on offer. Swimming pool ideal for doing lengths as there is plenty of room, the pool bar run by Liily Fus also good.

Hotel is in an excellent location . Soi11 is a busy street with a number of good pubs and clubs . The is the only hotel probably in the area with such massive room size as it’s an old hotel was refurbished and taken over by mercure hence you get to enjoy massive room size. The only down side is that this hotel doesn’t respect their Accor plus platinum members. Please train staff to respect the loyalty of members . But overall you will love this hotel .

Great hotel at a central location. Hotel’s staffs are amazing with top notch service (Kitt from the concierge counter is especially helpful with travel tips to help save time). Bed and pillows are comfortable, the rooms and premise are always impeccably clean. We will be back again that’s for sure!
