The location was wonderful. There was a lot to explore. The rooms were super clean well taken care of and for the price of a hotel and a location. Both were amazing. The atmosphere from the moment I entered the checked out a week later stayed consistent. But most importantly, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Adison the concierge upfront thank you for helping me make plans that made my trip that much better. Very much appreciated. And highly recommend this hotel.

We had booked 2 rooms for our Bangkok stay. The front desk staff was really nice and gave us connecting rooms. The location is very good with lots of restaurants around. Sukhumvit metro station is @10 minute walk away and the hotel also provides a complimentary tuktuk ride to the station. There is a good restaurant called Lilly Fu’s at the entrance which serves good food which is handy for lunch/dinner. Hotel breakfast is served at the same location.

Great Hotel. Atmosphere very good. Waking up by day not to busy. Ready to walk around to enjoy the area. Everything nearby, 7 eleven, bars and restaurants. Walked from Mercure to Central Embassy and back to the night market. Coming back in the evening music and lights on, street busy. Ready to go out if you want. Want to see more get on one of the railway stations or metro at Sukhumvit. Visiting the Grand Palace you go to Sanam Chai station or get out at Sam Yot for Khao San Road. Walk or take Tuk Tuk. More comfort after long day just take taxi. Mercure staff from entrance to reception friendly and helpful. Big and clean rooms. Friendly housekeeping. Nice pool with enough beds. On my last day asked for a taxi to BKK. The route by taxi you almost avoid the chaotic traffic between Mercure Sukhumvit 11 and BKK. I am looking forward to come back next time. Thank you for this great experience.

Stayed for 6 days in this hotel. Located about 5 minutes walk from Nana BTS and 10 minutes walk from Terminal 21. Free shuttle is provided too to Nana BTS and Terminal 21. Big thanks to Addison from concierge for doing a great job providing the free shuttle services throughout my stay. It’s located in the heart of Sukhumvit 11, and surrounded by pubs and bars. It can be a noisy at night and can be heard from the hotel room. Besides that, everything else was satisfactory and will come back again.
