地理位置不错。但在谷歌地图和高德地图导航时，都会导航至酒店背面，会绕很大一段路。希望能纠正。酒店门口的路口水沟观感不佳。

We understand how frustrating it can be when directions lead to the back of the hotel and require a long detour. We sincerely regret to learn that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly regarding the location, room cleanliness, and the power interruption during your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and your comments have been shared with our Housekeeping team for immediate review and corrective action. We are also concerned to hear about the slow service at our restaurant and bar. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to deliver, and we will reinforce training with the team to ensure a more efficient and attentive experience for our guests. Regarding the power outage, please rest assured that this is not a common occurrence, and we are reviewing the situation with our Engineering team to prevent any recurrence in the future. While we understand that our location may not be ideal for all travelers, we do provide complimentary shuttle services to nearby transport hubs to enhance convenience, and we hope this may be helpful for future visits.
