Excellent service and good support from staff of hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. location was ok, not too far from underground subway station. This hotel has a lot to offer with full - facilities as a pool, bar or fitness and comfortable room.

The reception staff are professional.

The reception staff are professional. They have well knowledge of the hotel and best service The shuttle service was excellent and was very helpful. Clean rooms and great shuttle service to MRT station. Love the room and the location of hotel.

Had a great stay and all of staff at front desk and bell man were very nice. the hotel was clean and modern style. very comfortable room was exceptional. had a very convenient shuttle service to MRT. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bangkok.

very beautiful and clean hotel, good the hotel staff. the beautiful room also the room has a good feeling of space. good with all facilities. Hotel location also near to some place as a Nana or Rama 9. You can take the hotel shuttle bus to the subway station.

The front desk staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful all of our stay here. comfortable to stay. a Free shuttle service to go to metro station and palladium mall , very clean hotel, the breakfast, many chosen. and very delicious.
