This hotel was an excellent choice, from the warm welcome by Mesi and Noom to the room and hotel facilities—everything was top-notch. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection and variety, and most importantly for me, good coffee! The only downside is that the pool closes at 6 PM to prepare for the Red Bar, which, in my opinion, is a bit too early. Change it to 7 PM, and you’ll be on top! I’ll be back to your hotel soon. Kop khun krap!

Had breakfast each day at the restaurant in the lobby. Literally fantastic! One of the best breakfasts I’ve had. I used to work for Fairmont Hotels (Accor property) and was so impressed with the service. Had a great last breakfast and met Jackky who was exceptional. Everyone was! The executive sous chef would be out each morning talking about the food and welcoming you. It was amazing. Well done!
