Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that your stay was affected by noise. As our hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok's vibrant Sukhumvit district, some level of city noise and activity can occasionally be experienced, particularly during busy periods. We also regret that noise from the corridor impacted your comfort. While we encourage all guests to be considerate of others, we understand that noise can sometimes occur in shared hotel environments. As an ibis economy brand hotel, our facilities are thoughtfully designed to provide comfortable, practical, and budget-friendly accommodation. Should any aspect of your stay cause inconvenience, we encourage you to contact our Reception team at any time.
