Our rooms are equipped with standard amenities and features, including six hangers, towels, soap, and other practical essentials. Items such as slippers and certain extra amenities are not part of the ibis standard setup, in order to maintain the best value for our guests. I’ve stayed here for quite a few weeks and Namphueng is one of the housekeepers and my room is always clean and spotless and she does a few extra things for me like cleaning my coffee filters and coffee cups and the room is always neat and clean. The only reason I know her name is cause she leaves a little card in the room, but really the whole staff is very good here.
