We are very pleased to hear that you continue to appreciate the cleanliness, location, and especially the helpful and courteous service from our Front Office team. We sincerely apologize, however, for the repeated issue with the shower water temperature. We understand how frustrating it must be to experience sudden changes between hot and cold water, particularly when this has happened across several of your stays. Your feedback has been shared with our Engineering team for closer inspection and corrective action. 酒店服务人员也很好，给我进行了房间升级，在这个价格的基础上能住到这样面积的房间，我还是对房间自身来说比较满意，但是最大的问题是房间非常的吵，根本无法入睡，房间的空调的声音特别大。而且在房间上面应该有一个机器整晚在轰鸣，这我住的这一间房根本无法入睡
