Good hotel in a great location, excellent rooms and excellent staff, great rooftop bar. Good lounge with great service by the team, afternoon tea was a let down and slightly disappointed with the evening Lounge food, drinks and cocktails however were excellent as was the service. Great access to the BTS , We would stay here again,

Amazing hotel with beautiful rooms, great facilities and stunning roof top bar. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. I need to say a big thank you to Khao (door lady). She is always smiling, happy and helpful. I will be back and looking forward to staying at this great hotel again.

We stayed at the Sofitel for a total of 10 days during 3 separate visits in January. We received excellent service from every staff member we encountered during our stays. Mira and her team at the Club Lounge truly provided us with genuine Thai hospitality making our stays truly memorable. The location of the hotel is very central and directly connected to the BTS system. We are already planning another visit this fall back to the Sofitel Bangkok.

Beautiful room and room amenities. Room service for a late night snack was very good. Nice rooftop, pool and workout room. Breakfast fast wonderful! Staff helpful and so, so kind! Location and access to BTS and MRT cannot be beat! We took it everywhere and the walkway above the street was so convenient.
