We are delighted to know that you enjoyed our spacious apartment-style rooms, quiet yet convenient location, and the warm hospitality from our team. Your kind recognition of Cream at reception, as well as our breakfast colleagues, is truly appreciated — I will personally share your compliments with them, as it will mean a great deal to know their efforts made a positive impact on your stay. At the same time, I sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced. We understand your point regarding the lack of a full-service restaurant or bar, and your feedback is well noted. Regarding the breakfast, while we are pleased that you found it plentiful, we also take note of your comparison with other Accor properties, and will continue to explore ways to enrich our variety. I am especially concerned about the issue with the hot water in your bathroom shower and the unsatisfactory response you received from our technician. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused. This matter has already been reported to our engineering team management for further review and correction — equipment limitations should never be an excuse for unresolved guest concerns. Finally, we also appreciate your suggestion to extend the shuttle service hours, which will be considered as we look at ways to enhance the convenience of our services.
