On Saturday, 31 January 2026, I had the pleasure of visiting Le Macaron at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit with my friends. Prior to our visit, I made a reservation by phone for the Le Macaron x L’OCCITANE set, and everything was arranged smoothly and professionally. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Khun Pim and Khun Beer for their excellent service throughout our visit. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism truly enhanced the experience. What impressed me the most was that Khun Pim kindly remembered me from the time when the shop was still located at its former venue. It was a lovely surprise and gave us the opportunity to have a brief and pleasant conversation, which made the visit even more memorable. Once again, my heartfelt thanks to Khun Pim and Khun Beer for their wonderful service. I truly enjoyed the experience and will certainly return again in the future.

Good hotel in a great location, excellent rooms and excellent staff, great rooftop bar. Good lounge with great service by the team, afternoon tea was a let down and slightly disappointed with the evening Lounge food, drinks and cocktails however were excellent as was the service. Amazing hotel with beautiful rooms, great facilities and stunning roof top bar. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. I need to say a big thank you to Khao (door lady). She is always smiling, happy and helpful. I will be back and looking forward to staying at this great hotel again.
