The hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff is extremely pleasant. This hotel is in a perfect location right next to all of them, malls and bars. The only complaint I had is when I went to the club as a titanium member service was not up to par. Once I got my food and I sat down, waiting to order coffee, I had to watch three other couples get served before me, but came in way after me. As a black woman, watching white couples get served first was eye opening. I did complain, but the damage had been done. I never went back to the club, even though I stayed there for a whole week. I did not feel comfortable. ill be back in Bangkok next month, but there’s no way I’m coming back to this hotel.

We had an incredible stay at the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit. While it is officially a 5-star hotel, the staff treats you with a level of care that feels like a 6-star experience. The rooms are of exceptionally high quality and kept perfectly clean. A really nice touch was the premium bathroom amenities by Karl Lagerfeld—it felt very luxurious. After a long, busy day out in the 'urban jungle' of Bangkok, it was so refreshing to come back to the hotel for a dip in the pool. It’s the perfect way to unwind. Even though it’s not the biggest pool in the city, the service there is hands-down the best in Bangkok. The moment we arrived, the staff were there instantly to set up towels on our sunbeds, and they provided us with free water and even complimentary sunblock. I’ve never seen such attentive service at a pool in Thailand before! One small suggestion for improvement: While the service at the pool is 10/10, the sunbeds themselves don't allow you to lay completely flat. They stay in a slightly upright position, which is fine for reading, but it would be great if they could be adjusted to lay flat for those who want to fully relax or nap in the sun. Dining & Views: For the evenings, you cannot miss Belga Rooftop Bar & Brasserie; the views of the Bangkok skyline at night are absolutely stunning. A Note for ALL Accor Members: As a Platinum Member, I was highly impressed by how much this hotel acknowledges loyalty. This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had within the Accor group worldwide. From the seamless check-in in the Lounge to the generous room upgrade, they truly go above and beyond to show they appreciate their loyal guests. They don't just follow the benefits—they exceed them. If you want high-end luxury combined with the best service in the city, this is the place to stay. We will definitely be back!"

Stayed at Sofitel in Bangkok for one night and was really good. Very clean comfortable rooms and the cars organised for our transport were great.

Our great moments , special thank you and appreciation throughout our stay go to ; Club lounge Millesime on level 31 - with this above and beyond team work leads by Macky throughout our stay . Each and every day with wonderful welcome smiles and laughter but maintains professionalism and enthusiasm towards all guests. Thank you Macky , NOK , Gigi, Chrispy , Friend , Hendry , Kaning , Mariela , Tide , Mild , Nan , Dong , Chopper, Bilan and Earn for your amazing hospitality , service and make our stay another great experience with joy and laughter to remember. Bella Sera on level 2 - leads by Khun Jeab and Khun Nui who are making sure that our preferred table ( No 5) is always available for our daily breakfast .
