Our 2nd stay here with one of the best in this Nana Sukhumvit4. Room upgrade, wonderful meal and drink for Accorplus platinum guests and late check-out up to 6pm. Only 3 minutes from BTS station on foot. Will be back again and again for our weekend stay in Bangkok.

I had a good time at Novotel. The front desk team are all very helpful and kind to us. Specially thanks to Ploy and Amoon. They gave us the room with a very nice view. the hotel also prepare cake and card for my birthday I love it a lot Thank you for all the help.

First-time lunch here at Food Exchange at Novotel Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi4, greeted by Chef Tony who took good care during the luncheon time. The overall ambiance and service were excellent Appreciated! The food is great and delicious with variety. Highly recommended!!!

We have great lunch buffet at Novotel Sukhumvit 4. Good & variety of food. Good Staffs, especially Mr. Pau, he serves us very well and also give us more information about the hotel. We will come back again for sure and will tell our friends and family to come here.

Good, but the water pressure in the shower rooms is too low. The housekeeper only changed pillow cover not the pillow itself, it could lead some smelly issue.
