My name is Anastasia! I've been coming to Thailand for 17 years now! I like your hotel, but most of all I love coaching with my coach NU! I have never seen such an approach and professionalism ! Stretching, strength exercises at the highest level! I want to say that this is the best coach! I want to come back to him every day, which I do! Thank you NU, we love him as a family! And we will come to the Avista Hideaway hotel to visit our favorite coach!

The place is wonderful. The people and service are even better. Welcoming, attentive and helpful. BB made our 7 day stay special when she gave us a room with a spectacular view. Hanna who went the extra mile, is the finest example of hospitality. Bob took great care of us throughout our stay. Vishal, Gautam, Harsh and the rest of the dining team made our experiences delicious and memorable. Emmy, Brownie, Matt out front were really helpful. The buggy teams, the shuttle service, and housekeeping were super efficient. All in all its good when the place you stay at is among the best memories of your holiday.

I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously to improve future guest experiences. Unfortunately, based on my stay, I would not recommend this hotel at the moment. Starting from 1st day of arrival front desk very poor and not polite, fake smile and treating with fake upgrade of room . If the sign of room make up not activated then no room cleaning, I requested iron to the room and never received then simple tooth brush because not provided by room service during cleaning and then left to restaurant then came back 3 hours later and no toothbrush. Overall front desk and room service must change 100%.

A beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. We had a 10 night stay, we booked the cheapest room initially but were upgraded. Room was perfect, spacious, lovely view overlooking adult pool and into jungle. Staff at breakfast were amazing with our baby girl Mirissa, she is missing you already at breakfast with no one to entertain her! Lovely fresh food and lots of choice. Pools were relaxing and beautiful. Everywhere was spotless. Pure relaxation…thank you so much! Kids club even nice for our baby to have a cool down. Some points I would say: - would love more times for the shuttle to patong. We never had problem booking a space however some times at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm would have been helpful for going out for dinner. - bar prices are high…I think if they were more competitive compared to the town we would have spent more! You can get a beer for 80 baht in town in most places , even the beach, and the pool bar is charging 170… happy hour should be longer at least! - Towels around the pool were not always there. Plus on the first day there were no loungers left…however we later realised actually people were finished with the pool but just not removing their towel so we didn’t know if they were free or not! Aside from those things that could easily be worked on, we had an amazing time and would definitely return!

Wow what a hotel. Nestled in the hills you feel a million miles away from anywhere. We were met by Oummie who is the sweetest and most approachable staff member, she upgraded us to the jacuzzi suite which was just perfect. The hotel offers buggys to take you around the site although it is definitely walkable (some parts are fairly steep). The hotel is clean throughout and has a choice of 3 fantastic outdoor pools, all with pool bars. Nice amount of sunbeds where there was always availability. There was a huge amount of choice for breakfast and we ate at Sizzle the rooftop steakhouse and Tambu the rooftop Indian for dinner. Amazing sunset views! The hotel is a 15/20 minute walk to Tri Trang beach and freedom beach which are quieter than Patong and a lot nicer! Every single member of staff here are friendly and helpful. Don’t forget you are in the forest here and there were some unusually loud animal noises which did disturb our sleep a couple of nights. This of course cannot be helped and we definitely felt reconnected with nature! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely return.
