Good transfer possibilities both to the City and the airport. There were some small details which made us feel welcome, for example water dispenser on each floor, where we could take fresh water, kettle in the room to make a cup of tea if one wanted it or needed, coffee corner next to the reception, cookies, it all made us feel welcome.

Shame that one iBis Styles differs so markedly from another. Within a.. single month, I experienced both the iBis Styles Warsaw Airport and its counterpart in the Solec district of Warsaw - the iBis Styles Warszawa Centrum. The disparity was striking. The airport hotel welcomed me with a.. host of amenities: a.. heated bathroom floor, a.. coffee machine, and even bathrobe and slippers—a.. nod to my status as a.. G. member. However, my 'upgrade' at the iBis Styles Warszawa Centrum felt lacklustre in comparison, bereft of such luxuries. While both are decent three-star accommodations, the Solec district hotel staff left much to be desired. Their demeanour was consistently dour; whether this stems from poor management or another unseen issue, their lack of warmth and courtesy was palpable and disappointing. Who knew it’s so hard to smile while working at Ibis?
