I had a terrible experience with the check-in process at this hotel. I arranged for an early check-in at noon but arrived at 1 PM to find the room was not ready and was told it would be available by 2 PM. When I returned at 3 PM, I still had to wait until 4 PM to finally get into the room. Instead of an early check-in, I ended up with a late check-in, and the staff seemed indifferent to the situation.

We understand your frustration with the delay. Unfortunately, we have a very limited number of Superior Suites, and the previous guest took longer than expected to check out. While we tried our best to expedite the preparation of your room, we apologize that it was not ready in time and that this impacted your stay. It’s regrettable that you declined our dinner invitation, which we offered as a gesture of goodwill. We hope that the 30% discount on your room rate and late check out provided some compensation for the inconvenience caused by the late check-in. Please rest assured that your experience is not reflective of our usual standards, and we will take steps to improve our service.
