There is no business centre and the cleaning schedule is inconsistent. Staff are generally friendly, although some front desk staff can be quite grouchy randomly.

Regarding your ALL points registration, please note that it is common practice for points to be registered when booking directly through the hotel or on our website. However, we apologize if this was not communicated effectively during your booking process. False fire alarm at 7 o'clock in the morning on Saturday. Morning breakfast full of tourists fighting for the food. Staff of the hotel enters my room without knocking. No hot water. The hotel and rooms are good, but it cannot be called luxury or 5 start hotel anymore.

Very very expensive for what you get, very small room with bad shower that i got sick from water turning spontaneously hot and cold, water bottles were opened not new, but staff are kind and nice, i would recommend it even for 100 lari a night its horrible

The stay was good overall: - rooms are very good and the facilities of the hotel are very good - the room service was good this time compared to last time - room cleaning is still below expectations because as this is a pet friendly hotel you expect the carpets are cleaned during our stay not just hovering but with soap or any kind of cleaning solutions for carpets - during our stay the AC was out for the last 3 days and even -after the visit of the electrician multiple times it wasn’t fixed until we left - front desk employees are very supportive and very good
