Perfect location and excellent service. Also a good place to have the COVID 19 Test in the privacy of your room and the result 6 hours later sent to your email. Good Food and room service. Julia was very helpful

My family and I stayed here. At first the room was cold because the heat was not working. When we informed the front desk, they came right away and fixed the problem. Very efficient. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed 1 night due to flight delay. Hotel was covid 19 guidelines compliant. The rooms were clean and spacious. I did not use the restaurant , so can not comment on that. Check out was straight forward and with out delay.

I stayed here before and after my trip to Dubai. The hotel is very convenient for passengers departing or arriving at Terminal 2. Located just 4 stops away on bus from the central bus station which is connected to Terminals 2 and 3. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. On the ground floor there is a nice bar and restaurant, and I like the overall atmosphere around the hotel and will stay again soon.

I needed a reasonable hotel at Heathrow and this hotel completely served my needs. It was reasonably priced, well located and the room was clean and comfortable. Every one working at the hotel was polite and helpful.

Ideally located for any of the Heathrow Terminals. We are platinum members and they upgraded us to a lovely executive room, with shower and separate jacuzzi bath. It was immaculate and excellent value for money. We are in difficult times but we felt very safe and secure.

This was a very nice, modern hotel. Everything was very clean and seemed very new. I was especially please with the room as it was very clean. The room was of ample size for the two of us with great amenities, in room air con, mini fridge, kettle, desk etc and lots of wardrobe space. The bathroom was a great size as well and the overhead rain shower was wonderful. The carpark at the hotel is pay on site but seeing as we were down at Heathrow the rates of £5 per night were very reasonable and this was paid at reception along with the room so no messing around looking for change. I will for sure be coming back as the hotel is very well placed for my work. I would like to try out the restaurant and bar once all the facilities are fully open again

Very helpful staff and willing to help in every situation. Very useful that bus stops are located right outside the hotel both from or to Heathrow Airport. Excellent room facilities and quiet during the night!

Excellent hotel. Close to Heathrow Airport. Rooms comfortable. Beds comfortable too. Easy to check in - room was available early. Accommodating and helpful staff . Good value for money. Close to bus stops and Tube

Not what I booked....

I booked a suite, with a king size bed and seperate sofa as I was travelling the next day late afternoon and needed somewhere to hang out as opposed to going to the airport to early. I dislike being forced to sit in bed the entire hotel trip. Arrived to two double beds and some metal chairs. The beds were extremely uncomfortable as they were both two single beds AND mattresses pushed together.... meaning you had to sleep in a single or be rather uncomfartable between two mattreses. Jacuzzi bath didn't work and the rainfall shower was a cheap, broken shower head that simply dribbled water... other than that the bathroom was well presented. The room also had a rather nasty leak above the room door - paint all stained and with the rain that evening it became further sodden. Fortunately it didn't impact me though the manager claims they knew nothing of it... so I guess the cleaners don't care to share. When informing the manager I was told it was indeed a suite and the site is just a general description of what may be there. I'd have been more comfortable, and better off, using Premier Inn.

The service at the bar/restaurant was very slow. They had not set up my credit card so that i could charge food and drinks to my room. You can longer have food at the bar or surrounding area as you must now eat in the restaurant. I booked a room with a queen size bed and was given a room that had two twin beds pushed together which was very uncomfortable to sleep in. I tried to call the reception and the kitchen to order some room service and no one answered any of my calls so I eventually gave up.

Nice , clean hotel, lovely comfortable rooms and relaxing beds, reasonable gym, ideal for LHR. Restaurant is ok with a reasonable menu. Breakfast could be better, but is value for money. The staff are generally polite, bar service and restaurant - some room for improvement.

Lousy receptionist

Check-in was a disaster. Initially the receptionist gave me a family room instead of suite; then 2nd room change request I received another family room, not a suite. Is this a joke that she’s not familiar with the booking or simply can’t read? After talking to the manager, they finally corrected room type to a suite as booked. What a hospitality!!

Excellent property, friendly staff - location great. F&B services at the hotel outstanding. We had a meeting at the hotel and we were very impressed with the meeting space and the attentiveness of the staff.

Access a little miss leading

My family stayed just the one night as a connection between Copenhagen and flying back to Brisbane. When I booked we were of the opinion that we could use one of the "free" buses that travel around the airport precinct. However this is not the case and we had to fork out the 18 pounds to get to the hotel. Later that night I did ask about the free bus and was assured it was available, however in the morning when we checked out the Accor staff member said we could not use the bus as we had too much luggage. By the time we checked in (hey Novotel the little check in desk at the front door is not working) and got to our room the kitchen had closed and only room service was available. And the menu is limited (no fries) what room service menu doesn't have fries? How about a bar menu for those who like to say up but not have a full meal? Now compare this with our hotel in Prague. They sit you down and get you a free drink (did I mention all the drinks are free throughout your stay) and fill in the forms with you whilst you enjoy your drink. Of course that is after they have picked you up from the airport in a private car and driver. All included in the price of 132 Euro per night. That is how you check in a guest! As a Accor premier vacation member and a advantage plus member we did get our free drink so one plus for that. Now the room. Has anybody from Accor stayed in the room with a teenage daughter. Well the "shadow profile" that comes out of the bathroom is not really suitable (yes go and have a look for yourself and you will know what I mean). Apart from that the room was clean and tidy and the beds comfortable. On the plus side the hotel looks modern and I think with just a bit more "service" it could get the the actual "Novotel" level.

It is the public transport (red bus) which is across the main road from the hotel. If you have a lot of luggage it might not be the most convenient option, but the choice is completely yours. I will pass on your concerns to the Food and Beverage department regarding room service options during the night. Again, I apologize your stay with us was not as good as the one in Prague. But we use feedback, such as yours, to continuously make changes to our brand to improve the guest experience. I hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. From the airport bus station you can take yourself and luggage to the hotel by selected London transport bus for FREE!! Theybrun frequently. NO NEED TO PAY £5 for hotel hopper bus. This info is not on hotel.web site. Delightfully checked in by Gabriela. Opted for McDonalds next door as food offered a bit pricey!!

Brilliant room, let down by service and lack of printing access

I had a lovely stay at Novotel. The decor in the communal areas and also in the rooms is very modern and luxurious. I had everything I needed in the room and the bed was brilliant! The food was good, but I thought the dinner prices were too expensive. I had a cheese burger with chips and the tiniest pot of coleslaw (no drink) which came to £20, due to the discretionary charge of 12.5%. The girl that served me was lovely, but the service wasn’t worth 12.5% due to the fact she was rushed off her feet. Other staff members were standing behind the bar cleaning, whilst this one girl was serving most of the tables - have more staff on the floor. My only other advice would be to have the option of computer access within the hotel. I needed around 20-30 documents printed as I was going away for 4 months, however the lady on the reception said she could only print 1-2 items. The added extra of computing facilities with paid printing would have given the hotel a 4 star rating, but nonetheless the room was brilliant.

Disappointing stay in my favourite hotel brand. The check in experience was average. Asked if there was any upgrade but the receptionist acted as if she didn’t care and just said no. The room had a lot of condensation, safe was locked although I reported. I asked to borrow a robe but again no positive outcome. The waiter who served us had a body of it problem. Not nice when you’re serving food to people.. a sensitive issue but still one that management has to address. Overall I don’t feel the hotel showed loyalty to me as a silver member.

Below o other properties, the sink was cloth. The aisle to our room was filled with dirty dishes from room service. The rug in the aisle was dirty. The employees lack training and friendliness. The doors of the bathroom were not clean.
