No Christmas greetings very tired staffs & Ubs sockets broken.

This is my second time here. I took a bus from Heathrow Airport bus cost £1.75. The staff look very tired there was no welcome greetings and no happy Christmas he was on his mobile phone. My room was on 3rd floor. There was tea/coffee tray with 2 water bottles when I open the door things fell to the floor the wheel looks like a suitcase came off. The shower was not shut off properly water was dripping. The usb sockets was broken I could not charge my mobile. The staff did't tell me the hot drink at the breakfast bar is free. At the check out the staff never asked me how was your stay or any Christmas greetings. The staff need retraining for better customer service. Could do better. I given 2 points.

Nice functional airport hotel, with modern, comfortable rooms. Very close to Heathrow Airport, with local buses stopping outside the hotel. Quiet rooms with sound proof windows, that do not open. Good room A/C that controls the temperature. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Great for Heathrow Airport

Great hotel for getting to Heathrow and there is a bus stop outside 111 and others to get to and from t2 and t3, also other buses to different terminals. I do believe can be walked to in 20 mins but I had difficulty getting the route, local buses were regular and cheap (bus passes can be used in usual hours). I got the Elizabeth line to terminal t2 and t3 and got bus from the bus station outside. Hotel was exceptionally clean, pleasant and helpful staff and nice onsite bar and restaurant offering good basic meals including vegetarian options. Room lovely, very clean and comfy.

Great affordable hotel option for attending conventions nearby or layovers

The rooms are comfortable, and clean, and provide the usual amenities. The room and bathroom setup is adequate. The location is very handy for anyone attending conventions in the nearby (more expensive) hotels or for a short stay for anyone travelling through Heathrow airport. The hotel and rooms are generally quiet. the staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Didn't have great vegan options so it wasn't a valuable option for me. The store right next door is an advantage in my opinion, since you can get quick food or last minute toiletries. Appropriate value for money.

Adequate stopover hotel for night transfer. Good proximity to Heathrow. Large room, small bathroom. Good shower pressure. Expensive Hoppa bus to get to hotel. Filthy surroundings of rubbish at bus stop outside hotel
