We are currently staying at this location due to its proximity to Kew Gardens. This is an excellent hotel - very clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The food last night was above expectations and highly recommend eating here!

This hotel was the last hotel in our tour (Europamundo group) June 21, 2025 -we got dropped off to spend the night, since we were quite tired and didn't want to go out looking for restaurants, we opted to have dinner at the hotel restaurant in the lobby. The young lady who took our order was very nice, excellent communications skills. We were waiting for our food, when this young man blond haired waiter had a pizza in his hand looking for a table to serve it too -since we ordered a pizza - I flagged him down - he didn't say a word nor even looked at us -he rudely put the pizza on the table. We are 2 Asian guys - I felt bad -it seems beyond him to be serving 2 Asian guys. This person should not be in the service industry, he should be put in a place where he doesn't interact with people. Here in the US, we at least get a greeting from the server and when the food comes out -the server would say enjoy your meal. The lady waitress was super nice, the Indian waiter was also very courteous, even though he wasn't our server he brought us water when we asked for it. Asians beware and avoid this restaurant - go eat somewhere else, the rude waiter won't be happy to serve you.

A very good stay with plenty of parking. Staff very friendly and room was very clean. Loved the abundance of veggie options at breakfast, although at £21 a head it is a little pricey...knocked off a star as husband ended up having a cold shower, which isn't ideal. Also, a lady sitting right next to us at breakfast was on the phone to her friend on SPEAKERPHONE. I did ask her to stop but she was very rude and refused to use headphones/take her friend off speakerphone. Several staff members saw what she was doing and didn't acknowledge what she was doing or politely tell her to get off her phone. You wouldn't use speakerphone in a high street restaurant so why should your restaurant/bar be any different? Perhaps give your staff some training regarding this, as it hinders the experience for other guests... All in all, a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come here again =)

The room is simple but has everything you need, including daily replenishment of bottled water. The staff is very friendly and helpful—especially the night receptionist, a blond guy whose name I can't remember, but he was incredibly kind and assisted me a lot. If I had to mention one minor issue, it’s that there was no bath mat in the room and I had to request one for three days before I finally got it. However, this didn’t impact my overall experience.I’ll definitely be coming back.

Overcharged, ignored by management, and treated poorly. Deeply disappointing stay at Novotel Brentford.

During my stay, the hotel overcharged me, which I only discovered after receiving a fraud alert from my bank. When I contacted the hotel, staff acknowledged the overcharge and agreed to issue a refund, but no explanation was provided, and neither the General Manager nor the Duty Manager was willing to speak to me, despite repeated requests. This is completely unacceptable. It was particularly frustrating to see a noticeable drop in service during a Mercedes-Benz event, where regular guests were clearly treated as an afterthought. The overall management appeared unprofessional, and the staff were often inattentive.
