I always enjoy my visits to Ibis. The hospitality is excellent, especially in the restaurant area. The staff is very polite and professional. Prinka deserves special appreciation for her excellent service. She is very courteous, well-spoken, and serves guests with genuine care. The airport view is lovely and the food is tasty and well prepared. Overall, a wonderful experience every time.

Great pre/post Heathrow flight hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for one night after our return flight back to Heathrow. Our stay included breakfast which was very good, lots of choice. Evening meal in the restaurant was good also and there is a good bar. Restaurant/bar area has good comfortable seating. The staff were very helpful. Sanjeev the bar/restaurant manager in particular was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again should we need a hotel close to Heathrow. We used taxi between hotel & airport, as we had 4 large cases, which was around £15 each way, but bus/shuttle services are maybe available, but check first.

Me and the pooch stayed to pick up the other half from Heathrow the next day. Dog got lots of lovely fuss which was nice. The bar/restaurant staff were great. In particular Sanjeev - so welcoming, polite, attentive and helpful. Food was really lovely. Homemade burger was great - smashed and the right amount of char. Perfect👌🏼 Thank you guys

Room too hot & smelly, poor shower.

A stark reminder that we only get what we pay for, although price was on par with many Heathrow hotels. Restaurant food and service were fine. The bed was comfortable enough for one night. However, room temperature was stifling, so warm and climate control fan useless. Opened a window, but it didn't help much, and then the planes taking off kept me awake. The room smelt like a whole can of air freshner had been used to cover up smoking in room. Shower flow really slow/light, making it hard to wash hair. The hair dryer was powerful, and I was grateful for that! Noticed the temperature in the whole hotel was too warm.
