I returned from an international holiday very late, exhausted and had a great nights sleep before returning home. The room was warm and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, excellent customer service.

I often visit Ibis London Heathrow for a meal and to do some work in the relaxed environment. The personnel are always welcoming, respectful, and attentive. I always enjoy my visits to Ibis. The hospitality is excellent, especially in the restaurant area. The staff is very polite and professional. Prinka deserves special appreciation for her excellent service. She is very courteous, well-spoken, and serves guests with genuine care. The airport view is lovely and the food is tasty and well prepared. Overall, a wonderful experience every time.
