Very helpful staff, room very clean, covid safety in hotel excellent, central to Hounslow, easy to get to local shops and takeaways, buses within 500yrds with good connections to Heathrow Airport will stay again.

Mattress needs updation had back ache, found alot of hairs on sheets. Toilets flush don't work properly.

This reservation is for my friend .Mr.Soji in the front office facilitated the reservation and support.Value for money. Clean room.Best price. The location is perfect because is close to several groceries store and eateries.Noticed cleaning with chemicals in regular intervals .Also the staff requesting guest to always wear face mask in public area.A good step in the time of pandemic

i normally have very good stsying but this time i left my expensive high speed mobike charger and multi adaptor (£30+29) and it was not tsken care of as it csn t be found. I am 100% sure I left it there.

Cieszę się, że hotel jest ponownie otwarty ale wprowadzone zmiany (aczkolwiek konieczne) nieco utrudniły pobyt. Nie było żadnego sprzątania a pościel, ręczniki, papier toaletowy i mydło trzeba było samemu odbierać w recepcji i samemu zmieniać. Maski obowiązkowe w t.zw. publicznych miejscach w hotelu.

Great hotel and staff are very friendly would stay there always and centre to loads also has tesco right beside it it's a must stay for a weekend great place central to underground and train and bus service to centre london

Aircon didn't work and fire doors and windows jammed open, not acceptable by anyones standards

Arrived to a good reception but that's where it stopped 1 lift out of order so a queue but hey we are british! Arrive in room to discover the aircon is unserviceable, as its under the flight path into Heathrow. an open window is not an option, checked out the following morning and lift still u/s. Walked doen the stairs to discover windows wedged open and firedoors being held open with the statutory fire extinguisher or wooden wedge. When will these people learn. Never ever ever again.

1. Karta-klucz bardzo czesto nie dziala (i nie, nie trzymam karty przy telefonie). Naprawcie ten system. 2. Rozczarowanie z housekeepingiem. Trzy razy zglaszalem zastrzezenia. Kiedys ta czesc byla bez zarzutow. Tym razem obsluga byla srednia.

Lovely Selvia checked me in. She was very friendly, polite and made me feel welcome and a valued customer. I was assigned a beautifully refurbished room. My room was spotlessly clean. The bed in my room was very comfortable.

Excellent for the price.

The staff are great, there is somewhere to sit downstairs and get a coffee. The rooms are clean and there is a TV. Ask if you need a quiet room (as I did) and they do all they can to help. Location is a bit dodgy but not terrible.

Good reasonably priced accommodation. Good service. Try the South Indian restaurant around the corner. The Honeymoon it does really good service and food. I have to write 200 characters so I am now just filling up space.

This was my third time at the Hotel Clean, classy and professionally. Is the Hotel and diversity is in Hounslow. Good vibe in and around the Hotel. Easy to recommend when the Staff were and still are very welcoming and the I can do Attitude is reassuring to hear and embrace. God Bless

Very good location, value for money. Breakfast can have more options for vegetarian. Room for 3 is also little small. Good for single person though. Easy checkin and checkout process. Very good staff.

This is a budget hotel so the rooms are as big as you would expect. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The breakfast is not the best with not much choice, only hot option is toast and the cereals have only 2 options. If I was to stay again the only difference would be to have breakfast out.

Plus - Hotel blisko stacji metra, niedaleko restauracje, puby i sklepy. Pokój mały, ale bardzo czysty, śniadanie smaczne. Minus - Ktoś włączył alarm pożarowy i wszyscy musieli opuścić hotel. Hałas od lądujących na Heathrow samolotów. Poza tym wszystko w porządku.

Hotel blisko stacji metra, pokoje były wygodne, ale niektóre sprawy wymagają większej uwagi np. roleta w pokoju nie dała się zasunąć, a obsługa niepotrzebnie zostawia każdego dnia nowe plasitkowe kubeczki. Jest też tylko jeden wieszak na ręcznik i brakuje wtyczki na USB, co już w nowych hotelach w UK jest chyba dość powszechne. Brakuje mydła i szamponu w pokojach. Śniadanie to już zupełnie wymaga poprawy - dla wegetarian zostaje bułka z serem i croissant, a dla wegan chyba jabłko i kawa.

First and Last Stay with Accor

The hotel was disgusting - we got into the room and found food wrappers under the bed from the previous guest. There were marks and stains all over the walls and holes in the wall of the toilet cubicle. The room felt generally unclean and the kind of place that you wouldn't want to walk barefoot on the floor. The blind was half hanging off and we spent ten minutes fixing it before we were able to sleep that night. The room smelt so strongly of drains we coughed when we breathed in - we opened the window and sprayed deodorant and settled down in our stained but just about clean sheets. We were woken in the early hours when flights resumed at Heathrow Airport. I got up to shut the window to block out the noise and discovered the window was also broken and now we'd opened it it refused to shut, so I couldn't go back to sleep. We found the source of the drain smell when I went to get in the shower and the smell was so strong I felt physically sick. I know it's Ibis Budget but I do still expect the hotel room to be clean and functional. For £65 it definitely wasn't worth it - next time I'll pay the extra £20-£30 and stay in a hotel where we can actually sleep.

The room was not what was advertised, I checked in at the hotel to be told that only 1 room had been ‘upgraded’ to the room which was presented when booking. I went up to the room where it was filthy, cold and the room resembled more of a prison cell. The receptionist was unhelpful, unprofessional and unempathetic. I checked out immediately.
