Great hotel by Hounslow town. I love comming to this hotel, but lately I haven´t been around much. It is great for the price and the rooms are nice. I also like hearing and the watching the planes in the morning when they come so low. I have been here probably four or five times and I have never had a problem. Sometimes the tv doens´t work and it is quite small. Other than that I have never had a problem. I would recommend it if you want to stay in Hounslow rather than sleeping by the airport.

On the official website it is not mentioned that the parking is chargeable and we paid £27 for 2 days, it is not mentioned that for early check you have to pay, and at 12 o'clock we had to pay £20 for each room. even if it is a cheap hotel should be avoided if you want to have a quiet vacation

We arrived and as a disabled person was disappointed to found that one of the two lifts was out of order. The hotel was fully booked and very busy. This meant i had to wait a long time for a lift. I was told the other lift had been out of order for 6 months.!! There where blood marks at the bottom of the bedroom door which was most unnerving. Upart from this the service was good, we has foid which was good although price was high as expected

SUKH was incredibly helpful! Our flight came in early and he ended up letting us into the room before the original check in time. Would absolutely come back! The entrance is super clean and orderly, it feels very homey and safe in this area. It looks to be recently remodeled. 10/10 recommend

Good nice and clean hotel with service. We stayed for 4 nights and had a good time as it had a convenient location to the subway and city centre. Enjoyed tv along with room service and cleaned beds. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hounslow.
