Comfortable bed & pillows Clean & quite Very helpful Concierge House keeping are up to the standard thanks to Hong Liang Good selections for the breakfast MRT Station just off the hotel 7-Eleven and a 24h supermarket are close by Location is great close to China Town

整體而言很得推薦，空間大住宿舒適。住宿期間兩個小問題若能調整會更加優越： 1、住宿期間在晚間點了客房服務，並在晚上10點左右將使用後的餐具放於房間門口，隔天早上出門時仍未收走，觀察同樓層至少有三間房門口擺放著餐具未收，觀感不佳。 2、使用早餐時點了咖啡，杯口一圈明顯沒洗乾淨的髒污，隔天就無此問題，希望可以多加留意。

We had an incredible stay at Sofitel Singapore! The staff were absolutely wonderful—nothing was too much trouble for them. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, with beautifully spacious rooms and elegant guest areas that made our stay so comfortable. The pool was fabulous, offering a serene spot to relax, and the breakfast selection was fantastic with so many delicious options to choose from. Truly, everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't find a single fault. Highly recommended!

3rd stay in 6 months

Updated review from my 3rd stay in 6 months. Pros - 1) Booked a Luxury room and got upgraded to a Premium room (same room but higher floor with great views). Room was sizable, clean and comfortable and could easily accomodate an additional rollaway bed (no extra charge but subject to availability). 2) Service was friendly and polite throughout. 3) Located just above the MRT (Tanjong Pagar) and close to many restaurants/cafes in the Duxton/Amoy area. 4) Although the buffet breakfast variety at Racines has dimished slightly, quality was still decent. 5) Complimentary parking up to 24hrs. 6) Grateful for the late checkout that was provided upon request. 7) Not a pro but family loves the mascot, Beau the Bee, which is available for purchase from the concierge@ $29 for the original and $39 for the Christmas edition (2 variants). Cons - 1) Complimentary minibar is no longer a benefit - our fridge was empty during our stay. 2) Kids amenity kit wasn't provided this stay. All in all still a good stay even though there is evidence of minor cost cutting.
