Alarm Palsu yang membuat kami sekeluarga (3 kamar) terbangun, bel alarm tepat didepan kamar kami sehingga suara cukup mengganggu telinga. Yang paling parah hanya ada 2 staff : 1 di concierge bawah... yang cukup standby mencatat kami dari kamar berapa, dan 1 lagi di resepsionis dan hanya berdiam diri, dan baru menjawab ketika saya bertanya memastikan keamanan kami semua yang tinggal di hotel. Hotel bisa mengumumkan agar kami bersiap apabila benar-benar terjadi sesuatu, tetapi hotel tidak memberi tahu kalau ternyata "False Alarm"... saya turun ke lt bawah dari lantai 13.. pukul 02:32 am... disaat kita nyaman tidur. Dan tidak ada permintaan maaf dari management hotel... kecuali kita menanyakan apa sebenarnya yang terjadi ! Menurut saya sangat kurang perhatian... Bagaimana bila terjadi kebakaran yang sebenarnya ? Apa hanya ada 2 staf yang terlihat ? Dimana 1 aktiv dan 1 pasif ? Setidaknya setelah pihak hotel sudah mengetahui permasalahan yakinkan Tamu2 bahwa semua baik-baik saja... bukan hanya terhadap tamu yang turun, tetapi tamu hotel yang binggung dan cuma bisa diam di dalam kamar. Karena tidur pun mereka tidak tenang karena tidak ada info lanjutan dari Alarm yang berdering dan suara pemberitahuan agar kami bersiap siap untuk instruksi lanjutan. Hanya 1 orang staf concierge yang berusaha menawarkan hal positif jika saya akan stay di hotel ini lagi kelak mrs Haryani Haris - chef concierge, thanks for your good response...saya sangat menghargai.

Enjoyed a wonderful happy hour at 1864 Bar. Drinks were delicious and well priced for the happy hour but the highlight was the exceptional service from Germaine and Chris. They were friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel personalised. A cosy, classy spot to chill after dinner

Outstanding Staff Support and Incredible Room-Service Meal

I checked into the hotel quite late at night, and when I tried to order room service, the QR-code system had already stopped taking orders. Fortunately, Zaw from the hotel staff kindly assisted me and arranged a phone order. The dish prepared by Chef Chien Loong was exceptional — truly on a different level compared to any restaurant. It was my first day in Singapore and my flight had arrived late, so I was exhausted, but the meal gave me the energy I needed. I really appreciate the warm welcoming and thoughtful support from the team. Highly recommended!
