Harika konum calısanlar güler yüzlü ilgili. Tek sorun yalıtım 4.katta kaldım sokaktan araba geçiyor sanki benim odanın içinden geçiyordu. Yalıtımı kötüydü onun haricinde kötü bir sey yoktu.

Bize verilen oda yeni boyanmıştı. Odada çok yoğun boya kokusu vardı. Gece 23 de otele girip sonrasında resepsiyona iletip tekrar anahtar alıp oda değiştirmek zorunda kaldık. Kendimizi çok değersiz hissettiren bir durum. Otel para önceliği nedeniyle misafirlerinin hayatını tehlikeye atmıştı.

Please be aware that this is an unusual situation and that it was possibly a room assignment error, as this room should not have been sold to any customer. However, despite the inconvenience, we had a room of the same category to assign to you and so we did.
