The Huzza Pool atmosphere was inviting, and the overall vibe was perfect for a relaxing day. The highlight of my visit was definitely the steak. It was absolutely delicious cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. I’ve had my fair share of steaks, but this one truly stood out. I also want to give a special shoutout to Rakeeb, who provided incredible service throughout our meal. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager, Shawal, was equally impressive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that we felt welcomed. Overall, Huzza Pool exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return for another delightful meal. Thank you to Rakeeb and Shawal for making our visit so memorable!

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel, everything was enjoying and all the staff was welcoming, I can't explain how we feel about the hospitality and warm service from the front office staff starting from the front desk manager Zakariyae, who was the first contact, my children don't stop talking about the pool area, they was enjoying a lot, rooms are very comfy and well organized, food also was amazing and well testing, I will recommend this hotel to my friends and I will invite them to have the same perfect experience.

So far the best experience in breakfast with family, all the staff is really helpful and taking good care of their guests. Buffet is smeared with some delicious foods and fresh juices. Staff is attentive and chefs are doing great job. Ambience of hotel is appealing. My family enjoyed a lot especially my kids in huzzah pool side playground area. Overall 💯 percent satisfied. Kudos to shawal and the entire F&B team for making our stay memorable.

Very very disappointing We are a group of 35 people currently staying at Grand Mercure for a week. It is absolutely terrible. From cleanliness to service to very very slow service and non existent service. Takes over 2 hours to get room service. I would never recommend anyone stay at this hotel. This hotels stars should be revoked
