Enjoyed my upgarde to an executive room as an ALL member. The rooms are nice. The bathroom door is close to bed and it'd be better if directed to the other side. The rooms are clean and teh housekeeping teams are doing great job. The breakfast is too crowded as the hotel is generally crowded. It is close to Deira City Center. The welcome drink was not offered in a friendly way at Vertigo. The reception team was nice and helpful. In general. It is a godd stay and could come back in te future.

Though at a great location (close to the airport, metro stop nearby and a mall across the road), the rooms we had been allocated were very tired with worn out and stained carpet, strange odour, tired fixtures and fitting with no plugs bedside

I love this hotel, nice rooms, and this is near matro , very convenient, as well as the mall near by this hotel really big and I found everything near this hotel, 24/7 pharmacy, and I specially say thankyou to Miss Anjali, Mr Ashwani doing really good job, and the staff too professional, Bellman amor , junkeer and ayyappan nice.

The iron was not working and we got it changed. The carpet was extremely dirty. The drainage of the bathtub was blocked. Fridge didn't have the holding trays. There was a strange smell in the room. We had to ask coffee and tea sachets even after room makeup. Gym doenst have much equipment for strength training. Shuttle service was only for the beach while other hotels were offering it for outlet mall, festival city etc. The rooms on the 3rd floor need renovation badly.

Service is amazing. The other day I asked Snow, who works at the restaurant, if they would serve a certain plate again and she said that they won’t then the next day she came to us with two of that plate just specifically for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
