I was not impressed by neither the hotel nor the support level from the front office team. Checking in process is so lengthy. On a different note, using Accor App is a big lie; walk-in guests weee getting better rates than booking through the app 😡

Dear Ibis Styles Airport Hotel Team, I am writing to share my feedback about our recent stay at your hotel from 24th December 2024 to 4th January 2025. While we were initially looking forward to a comfortable and pleasant stay, several issues left us feeling disappointed. Firstly, there was no hot water available for three consecutive days, which was highly inconvenient, especially during the winter season. Despite raising this issue, it remained unresolved, which was very frustrating. Secondly, the bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable and caused us significant backaches. When we approached the hotel staff for a solution, there was no effective resolution offered. Eventually, we had to request extra duvets and layer them on the mattress just to make it somewhat bearable. Additionally, on three separate days, we were not provided with fresh towels. We had to call housekeeping late at night to request them, which disrupted our plans and added unnecessary inconvenience. We also noticed that the room was not as clean as expected. The cups provided were dirty, and the rugs were visibly stained, which made the overall experience less pleasant. Lastly, the room lacked basic amenities—aside from shower gel, no additional essentials such as cotton buds or other toiletries were provided. It would be considerate to offer a wider range of amenities to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests. We had chosen Ibis Styles for its reputation for comfort and service, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations. Very poor customer service.

We arrived after mid night with three small children and were checked into the wrong rooms... then needed to move - all without help from staff as this is a "self service hotel". The rooms were poorly cleaned with used, coffee splattered mugs, stained carpets and dirty walls. And there is a strong smell of mould both in our rooms and on the whole of level 2 which we shared with staff on day two of our stay. Every request throughout our stay was met with a "no". Would we stay here again? No way.

Me and my family very happy to stay ibis styles nice view nice room in the morning 🌄 the breakfast 🥞🍳 was amazing every day the food menu is different chef hurmat is the master chef of the wonderful breakfast he is very professional and very friendly 😊 Al ways smile 😁 face take caring the hotel guests very very happy thank you so much chef hurmat again.
