Never expect too much, slow check in as only 1 receptionist, and very slow process. I think need more training how to welcome guest at night shift, don’t forget smile, first impressions really no smile.

To be honest, I'm so satisfied during my stay that I'm recommending friends and family to stay at IBIS Al Riga. The reception staff are so nice specialy Eugene. I booked the hotel for 5 days but had to extend for one more day, at the very same day, the rate was so high but with a great understanding the manager moved in to fix the situation, I didn't take his name but he fixed the issue with professionalism

Odada hali olması, TV de TRT kanallarının, çekmecede Kuran olmasi güzel. El havlusu olmaması çok mantıklı değil, on buro müdürüne maille bildirmeme rağmen IBIS Otelleri kuralı diyerek geliştirmeye çalıştılar. Müşteriyi dinlemeden öte, Müşteriyi ikna etme çabasını hissettim.
