Olá! Fui muito bem recebida pela equipe! Precisei de um reparo no quarto e fui prontamente atendida. O quarto estava confortável, dentro do padrão do ibis. Como ponto de melhoria destaco o restaurante! No café da manhã direto o ovo acaba, o jantar é muito, mas muito ruim!!! Tanto q fiquei uma semana na cidade, jantei a primeira noite no hotel e me arrependi. Pedi um caldo que até hj não consegui identificar o sabor, a minha amiga que estava junto pediu um prato com frango onde o arroz parecia ser do dia anterior e foi guardado em pote aberto na geladeira, trocaram o purê por batata frita sem avisa-lá (pq não tinha mais purê)… enfim… não só eu mas outras pessoas que já ficaram aí que conheço, todas falam que não dá pra jantar aí. Fica como sugestão, pois Nova Serrana não tem tantas opções de locais para jantar, se o hotel tivesse um restaurante “gostoso”, certamente vcs teriam um bom faturamento.
